It all began with the desire to celebrate the greatest love of all: the love I have for my children.
I’m Mariangela Vallarelli — a lawyer by profession, but a mother, dreamer, and creative at heart. Like many moms, I wanted my children’s birthdays to feel magical… filled with color, wonder, and memories they would carry in their hearts forever.
That desire led me to learn, to train, and to explore the world of event design with passion and dedication. What started as a simple celebration at home quickly turned into a life-changing purpose. Friends, family, and neighbors began asking me to decorate their events… and without even realizing it, Vall Balloons & Decorations was born.
Today, that passion has grown into the leading themed event company in Houston and surrounding areas — creating unforgettable moments for families, brands, and celebrations of all kinds.
